Returns Policy
At Lux Stylo, we do our utmost to ensure you're happy with your purchase. If your order isn't quite what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt.
Return Policy
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Don't forget to include your order number or proof of purchase.
How do returns work?
Want to return an item? Send us an email at luxstylo@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason
- One or more clear photos of the item
We'll review your request and provide a suitable solution. In some cases, we'll offer a partial refund or a gift card without needing to return the item. This is our way of making things as easy as possible for you.
Returns
After your return request is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Returns are processed through our warehouse. Please note that in most cases, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damage or incorrect delivery
Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive something different than you ordered? Please let us know within 48 hours with clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hygiene and care products
- Sale products or gift cards
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times at your bank may vary.
