How can I return my order?

What are the conditions for a return?
Items may be tried on, but must be unworn, clean, and undamaged – with all tags attached and in their original packaging. This ensures you (and other customers) always receive a fresh and perfect product.
What if my item is damaged or delivered incorrectly?
Don't worry, we'll resolve it quickly! Email us within 48 hours of receipt with a few clear photos, and we'll immediately provide a suitable solution – such as a replacement or refund.
How long does it take to get my money back?
Once your return is approved and reviewed, we'll refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can sometimes take a few more days, so please allow some time.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
Of course! The fastest way is to return your current item and reorder your desired size/color. This way, you won't have to wait for the return to be processed and you'll receive your new item quickly.
What if I'm not satisfied, but the item is not damaged?
No problem – you always have a 14-day return policy. If the item isn't quite right for you, we'll work with you to find the best solution: return, a gift card, or something else that suits you best.
